1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate information.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display our wigs and bundles as accurately as possible. Because hair is a natural product, slight differences in color, texture, pattern, or appearance may occur.

Product photos may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device's screen settings.

3. No Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed, customized, or shipped.

After the 24-hour period, cancellations may not be accepted.

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Do not alter, wash, bleach, cut, install, or otherwise modify the hair before contacting us regarding an issue.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before checkout, including:

  • Hair type

  • Length

  • Texture

  • Quantity

  • Color or other available options

  • Shipping information

Once an order has entered processing, changes may not be possible.
