NO REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At TheAmourrCollection, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality wigs and bundles. Because our products are prepared specifically for each order, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed, customized, or shipped.

After the 24-hour period, cancellations are not accepted and the order will continue through processing.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to make a change to your shipping information, product selection, or other order details, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• A description of the issue

Do not alter, wash, bleach, cut, install, or otherwise modify the hair before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility for assistance.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and selecting the correct hair type, length, texture, and other product options before placing an order.

TheAmourrCollection is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
