Shipping Policy

At TheAmourrCollection, we want your luxury hair experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

🚚 SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text when available.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

TheAmourrCollection is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing.

📬 TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

⚠️ LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery area.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

TheAmourrCollection is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

🌧️ SHIPPING DELAYS

Unexpected delays may occur due to severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

These delays do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.
